Lan-Oil Trade is a Plant for the Production of Vegetable Oils and Meals
The plant is constantly modernizing its facilities and production processes. We always strive to meet the highest quality standards.
Our advanced technologies allow us to efficiently process agricultural products, producing oils and meals that are in demand both domestically and internationally. We adhere to environmental regulations and maximize resource efficiency.
Our products are certified according to international quality standards, namely: ISCC, HACCP, GMP+.
Thanks to a professional approach to all stages of production, Lan-Oil Trade has earned the trust of customers both in Ukraine and abroad. We build a stable future by investing in production and people.
Facilities That Ensure Quality
Oil Extraction Production
Lan-Oil Trade's production is based on four key workshops: oil extraction, extraction, meal granulation and husk granulation. These facilities allow us to process 500 tons of sunflower, 400 tons of rapeseed and 300 tons of soybeans per day, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality products for the domestic market and export.
The processing results in sunflower, rapeseed and soybean oils, as well as meals, which are in demand in many European countries. Our equipment is constantly updated to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
A crucial part of our success is strict quality control at every stage of the production process, which ensures the consistency and high level of the products we deliver.
Own Transport and Railway Track
Own Fleet of Grain Trucks and Tankers
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of products, Lan-Oil Trade owns a fleet of grain trucks and tankers. This allows for the swift and efficient transportation of both oils and meals processed at our facilities. Additionally, the plant has access to a railway line, enabling shipments via tank cars.
Daily rail shipments allow for the loading of up to 15 oil tank cars with a total capacity of 900 tons and 15 meal cars with a capacity of 1,050 tons. This logistical flexibility enables us to effectively supply both national and international partners.
We place special emphasis on the speed and precision of deliveries, which is a key element of our customer partnerships. This ensures the reliability and timeliness of our supplies.
Capacity That Grows with Demand
Elevator for Raw Material Storage
The Lan-Oil Trade elevator, built in 2024 in the town of Lanivka, has a total storage capacity of 60,000 m³.
In 2024, four additional grain storage silos were commissioned, increasing storage capacity by another 60,000 m³. This allows us to store up to 10 thousand tons of rapeseed in each silo or about 6.5 thousand tons of sunflower. This capacity fully meets our needs for raw materials for the production of oils and meals.
To improve the efficiency of the grain receiving department, a modern grain dryer from the leading European company Stela was installed in 2020. Its capacity is about 600 tons per day, which allows us to process grain quickly and efficiently during the harvest season.
To ensure that the grain is brought up to standard, the receiving department is equipped with two OLIS LUCH-200 drum separators that effectively clean the grain from coarse impurities, as well as two BSX-100 sieve separators that easily ensure the required basic quality indicators.
Continuous Improvement of Production Processes
Modernization and New Technologies
Modernization is a key stage in the development of Lan-Oil Trade.
To reach the design capacity, we implemented a number of measures aimed at improving production efficiency.
It was installed at our plant:
- a new Buhler rolling mill
- Expander Tecnal
- Geelen meal cooler
- a modern water treatment system (WTS)
- electricity generation
In addition, we have updated our transportation equipment and fully automated the technological process. This allowed us to significantly improve the speed and accuracy of work, as well as ensure the high quality of finished products.
Thanks to the innovations we have implemented, we have not only increased production capacity but also reduced energy costs, making our production more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
